Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lawrenceville near Northside Hospital Gwinnett

I am from Dallas, TX and I loved this place! First off the front desk attendants were the best! Specifically the young lady during the day and the very older man overnight. They were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was very clean and comfortable. So many useful amenities. Also very close to a lot of restaurants, bars, fast foods, grocery stores, etc. Will definitely be returning to this location when I visit again! Thank you!

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you value cleanliness. There was mold near the ac unit, baby roaches in the room (meaning a larger one was somewhere), ripped carpet that you can easily trip on, hair was all over the cracks of the bed so it was never cleaned correctly, the sink in the bathroom won’t drain if you need to use it. This place was filthy and again, I cannot believe they allow a room with mold to be rented out. Next time, I’ll sleep in my car!

Positive: The hotel & staff fully exceeded my expectations staff went beyond and above to fully accommodate me & always polite, friendly, & professional. This was the far best experience in hotel stay over the past 5 years during my trips per year to Lawrenceville Negative: Absolutely not

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at *Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lawrenceville*. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and surrounding areas did not meet the standards I expect from the Radisson brand. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that the property is dated and poorly maintained. The walls had visible cracks and were dirty, with strands of hair still present from previous guests. The furniture throughout the room had multiple stains, and it appeared that only the sheets had been changed rather than the room being thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom condition was particularly concerning. The sink stopper was broken, causing the sink to back up unless it was positioned at a specific angle. The toilet seat had visible st

Upon entering the room it looked fine however the jacuzzi tub that was requested was falling apart at the faucet and the handles. So it did not get used as well as it reigned that night, and that morning, the window seals were full of water on the inside. I let the staff know and it seemed like it wasn't a big deal to them. I emailed and complained and got no response. So hopefully you'll have a better visit than I did.
