Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Helen, GA

The staff here was so friendly. I have to give a special shout out to Ellen that was in charge of the breakfast. She made my family smile with her southern charm and was eager to direct us to fun. Room was comfortable and the price was good.

The check-in and check-out experience was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I was nervous being the room was directly across from the elevator, but we never heard any noise. The location was perfect for downtown walking. The staff were excellent and helpful when we had questions. Thank You for a great anniversary experience.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was clean and comfortable and the people were very very friendly and helpful. We always stay at the Country inns and suites wherever we go. The only issue we had was that the bathtub needed upgrading as it had a patch where they tried to fix it. Wasn't a good job. It also had a black stained ring in it that we didn't know why it was there. The faucet felt like it was coming off the wall when you touched it. Bathroom needs better upgrading. The heater and air made noise at night and it needs a new cover. The fins on the cover you could not adjust and they faced right at your face while in bed so we had to come up with our own way to combat this. But all in all we had a great time in Helen and glad it was a clean place

The housekeepers had the rooms very cleaned and were very polite and nice. The outside was clean. I enjoyed the pool heated was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and staff amazing. The ladies at the front were very attentive and gave great suggestions and directions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Helen, GA. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were super cozy with great pillows, and the indoor pool was perfectly warm, which was especially nice with temps in the 20s outside! The location is within walking distance to downtown, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
