Yes, sometimes maybe we shouldn't be nitpicky. But I also believe that what you encounter in a hotel directly affects the image, name, whatever it may be. Big plus was the four pillows on each bed, which were full enough.That you didn't need two or 3 to prop your head up. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, French toast, lots of muffins and cereal and fruit. Pleasant young lady at the desk and it is nice that they have even hot chocolate.Instead of all coffee in the lobby Cleanliness is why I ranked it as three stars , or below as the bathroom was not nearly as clean as it should be. I included a picture of the faucet in the shower of before and after, and I was able to get it nice and shiny, just rubbing it with one of the washcloths and water. Mirr

I am a titanium member status and I am never recognized as a member at all! I stay there often due to work and the daytime staff is especially under trained! They can’t check me in half the time and I been staying here for years it’s frustrating! Communication and hospitality is a key at their job and they lack the skills big time and need evaluation! For example this morning I need to reach the front desk and nobody has been picking up for hours now! I’d like to know why! If any managers see this please adjust accordingly because I depend on the hotel! Location is great for work and travel and the cleaning staff is top notch! Fix the daytime front desk crew

The room was very nice and clean! Quiet hotel. Fantastic breakfast! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Very pleasant staff. We received a free room upgrade and snacks as we were Choice members of the day.

The room did not look like it had been cleaned. There was an extra key card and half empty bottle of water on the desk. The tv didn’t work and the floors were sticky. There was a dirty sock under the chair. The drapes were literally falling off the curtain rods. The carpet in the hallways is stained and needs to be replaced. We were so tired when we arrived the first night that we decided to ride it out but we paid to stay elsewhere the next night even though we couldn’t get our money back for the second night when we checked out. We slept in our clothes because we didn’t think the bed linens looked like they had been changed. The sheets and some of the towels were threadbare.

All I see on here are people saying how great this hotel is and I don’t understand why no one is being honest! We stayed at this hotel Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. When we got there the room smelled awful! The floor in the elevator was sticky and there was black gunk all over it. We took the kids to the pool and came back up to our room only to find bugs! We called the front desk they got us a new room on the 3rd floor and boy when I tell you it was so bad it was so bad! There were sticky stains all over the wall and a huge piss looking stain under the chair. The outlet covers were covered in black baked on gunk the room smelled musty. The more we looked the more yuck we found it looks like they don’t even clean and the rooms when people leave them. Let’s just say we did
