Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg - Hershey West, PA

Had a great weekend stay. Rooms were clean, some furniture did have some wear and tear but nothing to bad. Bed was super comfortable! Complimentary breakfast was good. They offer waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurts, breads and muffins. Pool was clean and warm. Location was convenient. It is next to the highway so there is some noise but our baby wasn't bothered. They were great with quickly sending out reminders for quiet time as well when guests got loud. They also have guest laundry (coin operated) which I thought was great. Over all good place to stay!

I Like this hotel very much. If\n I had any thing little bit more on the negative side that would be, if you're staying there for several days in a row, it's the same breakfast choices every single day, which was make your own waffles. And they had scrambled eggs, tater, tots and sausage links. And then you could, of course make toast or a bagel, they did have cold cereals, and like couple little muffins. And packets of oatmeal and then coffee tea, apple juice and lemonade. No orange juice, so my suggestion is a little bit more variety for breakfast from day to day. It would be nice to have some crispy bacon as another option for proteins and maybe something a little bit different than tater tots every day. Everyone at this hotel is so nice and personable and very professional. However, there is one gentleman that worked at the front desk a few times while I was there And he always had less than a professional appearance in my opinion. He came to work in jeans and a flannel shirt and his hair and facial hair was just very scruffy and unkempt. I didn't feel he gave a very good first impression of the establishment, but everyone else was fantastic (especially Lou and Xaira) and I will return again and again and again and again.I love this hotel. The hot tub is amazing , as is the indoor heated pool. I do have one question though that I'm curious about, why is there never bacon served on the breakfast Buffet? It's always sausage and I'm not a sausage person. It would really nice to get the baco

Travelling to family wedding.|Easy to locate hotel from highway. Was greeted with a smile. Information exchanged on breakfast time, pool hours and nearby restaurants. |Rooms are very clean, pool was clean and towels stocked. We took uber to recommended restaurant close by. |Overall experience surpassed our expectations. Thank you from the Canadians!!

THANKSGIVING WEEK 2025 I had a wonderful week! The other 2 car loads of family members said they had a great time! Blu (manager?) an the other hotel staff was very accommodating. Fortunately, trying to find a place where we could eat together was immediately taken care of by letting us gather in the conference room! I would give the staff a 10+++++. I appreciate all the love and kindness shown to my family!!
