Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erie, PA

I stay here a few times a year. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Mark ar the front desk. He went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel could use updates. Some rugs worn and furniture but everything is always clean. The pool is huge and hot tub awesome. A great stay on a budget for sure.

Positive: Staff was super friendly and helped us resolve any of my concerns regarding the room and even making suggestions for dining options. Negative: Not at this time. This is one of the best options for hotels in the area. Don’t believe the bad reviews - If you don’t ask the staff, they can’t help you!

We went here because of the location to Splash Lagoon. The service was great, the 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were decent - we had 2 queen beds. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. The pillows are feather and can clump up a bit. But overall the room was decent. The cost was amazing and it included the splash wristbands. In order to book that you do need to go to the Splash site and not thru Country Inn directly. Overall would recommend staying here. Their pool and hot tub was amazing and the breakfast was ok, the best part was the waffles!

We arrived on 12/19 in a middle of a snow storm to check in. The receptionist that greeted us was one of the friendliest ones I’ve met in a long time. She made conversation while checking us in. The rooms are very clean and quiet. They had a decent breakfast in the morning then check out was fast and simple. We will stay again on our next trip to Erie.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing perfect temperature and very clean, which made the experience even better. Today, as I walked by a group of staff members and asked a question, they responded with so much respect and kindness.
