Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, College Station, TX

The property is well lit and easy to find. Check in was a breeze thanks to the extremely professional staff. Our room not only smelled clean but was very clean and neat. Well stocked in towels and complimentary toiletries. Definitely will book here next time I’m in the area.

My daughter and I got a room with a Jacuzzi in it on our way home from a wedding in Houston and I think that room was the most fun we had all weekend. It was so relaxing wonderful. and the complementary breakfast was delightful. Nice to stay in a place that the pictures look like the actual room you’re staying in.

We had a campus tour at A&M so we stayed here one night. Paid $461.00 for a non-smoking room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. The second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. When I pulled out the sofa bed it looked like someone had dumped a sack full of garbage on top of and under the mattress. The mattress had a large brown stain on it and looked disgusting. The receptionist said no other rooms were available. When I asked if they could clean it up she said housekeeping was gone and there was nothing she could do about it. Didn’t even offer a broom or vacuum for us to do it ourselves. No pillows available for the sofa bed either. I travel quite a bit and never run into this sort of thing especially at $461 a night. The one star rating is strictly for the location. I would not recommend this

DO NOT STAY HERE! Good: Location was easy on/off bypass. There is TP, Kleenex, a bed, towels and hot water shower. BAD: Hotel is on it's last leg. No frills and much missing for a Radisson...shocked at the lack of small items but also ZERO maintenance & manger is ineffective. A creepy hand written note was found in the room on check in and given to front desk whereupon Manager said "no one in the cleaning staff spoke English so not my problem". The receptionist then tore it up in front of me! Findings: No 'do not disturb signs" and when asked for one they did not have any! No ice bucket plastic liner, no bottled water 4 sale or available, plumbing problems with the pool, plumber there so pool out of service, room was dirty (cereal in HVAC vent), sealant around tub and sink faucet

My husband needed to be on campus at A&M for a week so I spent the week enjoying the area and hotel. I worked out every morning in the fitness center - which was impeccably clean. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was amazing!!! (I had zero desire to go anywhere else for breakfast - it’s that good!!) There wasn’t a staff member that didn’t greet me, smile at me, ask me how everything was. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and we never heard any other quests around us.
