Disappointing. There are many good hotels nearby but I chose this because it advertised an indoor pool. The Pool was closed due to painting. Scaffolding in the pool, wonder how clean it will be when they are done. Doesn't matter now because it ruined my stay. Breakfast was really disappointing to top it off: NO breakfast meat, just watery eggs (probably from a mix, not real) bagels, toast, waffles and cereal. Not what I expected. The room? Beds appeared clean, but the room was outdated, a dirty red chair sat next to a dirty vinyl couch ugh. Bathroom showed signs of wear and I did not even use the shower - just wanted to get out of there. Will never choose a Country Inn again, EVER. So many other options within minutes - do yourself a favor and skip this one!
Although there is a sign that says to notify the front desk for housekeeping and I did that. I still had to go everyday to figure out why nobody came to clean my room. It was extremely annoying and honestly out of an 8 day stay I only smelled cleaning chemicals the day before I left. The breakfast never changed. Eggs, sausage, you know like your regular hotel breakfast. Housekeeping never filled my shampoo or body wash containers that they have hanging in the shower. Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable. I did drop something on the floor and moved the couch and I wish I hadnt. It was filthy under there. Nice location just needs a little bit more work and people who pay attention.
Yuck! Too much to say, but I’ll hit the highlights. Room 218. 02/14/26. The 3 different types/colors of human hair still in the shower was gross. Smelled so bad of dog we asked for the room to at least be sprayed while we went to dinner. (I don’t think they sprayed). Came back from dinner to put our food away in fridge and there was a dead roach in the fridge. So much water damage under fridge and on tv console. Bed slept AWFUL…pillows evaporated under our heads. Expired yogurt at breakfast, old/hard/stale bread and way too much water in the eggs and sausage. Coffee was okayish. Upstairs can be heard like they were in the room with us. Called late late at night to ask front desk to have them quiet it down to no avail. Broken light fixture covers, busted lap shade the water faucet in sink
It was a very positive experience. I would say they should definitely keep their current employees. They were -especially the front desk person - he was extremely courteous, caring and professional. Almost all employees greeted us with a smile showed very good manners. They were helpful and extremely patient with our requests( even forgot the key card in the room) The rooms were spotless clean. The sheets smelt super fresh even though it's a pet friendly place! My cat didn't get even one tiny flea. I am very happy to say that I am planning to return again. The very plus feature for me at this hotel also was the indoor pool which was excellent during the rain we got to swim inside! The breakfast lady was on top of everything keeping the breakfast room stocked and clean and all staff includ
Not a terrible experience at all however for an 8 day stay I was a little frustrated. They have a sign that tells you to let them know if you want housekeeping so I did that. I let them know that I wanted it everyday. It was on my account the front desk let me know. I had to chase down housekeeping almost everyday and sometimes it was too late so that was frustrating. I only smelled chemicals on my last night of stay so it seemed like they only made my bed and swept. My soap/shampoo dispensers were never filled up. I dropped something and had to move the couch and it was quite disgusting under there(I wish I hadnt) Breakfast was the same everyday. Not bad but I know a lot of places switch it up whether it be a folded egg or a sausage patty. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub.Overall its
