Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bradenton-Lakewood Ranch, FL

It’s ok. Pretty clean no bugs!! A huge plus I brought my cat and she went under the back of the bed it needed to be vacuumed very bad, but I was smart enough to bring my own sanitizing products so I clean down the bathroom well clean down all the walls sockets clean the remote control which is a dirtiest thing in a hotel. It’s not great but it’s not that good either I would definitely not rate it a four star hotel I would rate it more of a three star hotel but the desk was very sweet. I will say that very sweet.

We were passing through and wanted someplace simple to sleep, the location our main concern - this place ended up being perfect. Conveniently located, clean rooms, and nice breakfast. Wouldn't recommend a room by the laundry, ours had an odd smell sometimes and we think that's why... still, no complaints. The staff was great. Christine in particular was wonderful and always went above and beyond for us! Good humor and made us feel welcome. When we look back on our trip we're going to remember her as part of it!!

My stay here has been excellent all around. the staff began to make me feel like family. All the staff are very respectful and helpful. They make sure all your needs are met and not to mention the breakfast is fabulous! Atmosphere is comfortable. Rates are fair! It's a very clean place, including nice spacious rooms, quiet and an all-around great place to stay, in a great location as well! Places to shop and eat near by. I have absolutely no complaints!!!

Customer service was non-existent. Literally no one who worked there gave a smile or was friendly at all. We opened the window coverings in our room to look at messy garbage cans. There was no pop available in the vending machine. The machine appeared that looked like this hadn't worked in a long time. We tried to find the channel we were looking for and a half hour later finally we accidentally discovered it. No information about channels or access to finding them was available. The saving grace was the water pressure was great in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The price was right.

We stayed here as it was the host hotel for a huge event that was coming through town. All of us (around 250) were coming in the same few hours later in the evening, and the woman at the front desk was amazing! I think it was Christine? She was in such a good mood, and so excited to see us. She asked us questions about the event, and was accomodating for all of us and the weird requests we definitely had! She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean, decently stocked, and parking was plentiful and well lit.
