Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bowling Green, KY

Location! They are in the middle of everything! Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery etc. Their breakfast is good, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and some other things as well. Room was decently cleaned. I suggest a deep clean every so often though, especiallyfor the sofas. They had inexpensive washer and dryers. The room was a pretty good size. The bathroom has lotion as well as shampoo and conditioner to use, plenty of towels too. Nice big windows, could use some cleaning, but that might be because of the weather. Room had a microwave, minifridge, and two TV's. The TV's arent newer models so no netflix and such, but the channel selection was good. Everything was wonderful but the toilet handle was tricky. It flushed but had to hold it correctly to flush. The air or heat would not stop blowing and go into a as needed state. Always was running. Nothing big just maybe fix before next guest.

If I could give -10 stars I absolutely would. This was the worst 5 hrs I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. A friend and I was only suppose to be in town for a night. We check-in the hotel around 6pm and then left to find something to eat. We got back around 8:30. First thing I saw was a “gnat” sized bug crawling on the floor of the bathroom. I let it go and gave the room the benefit of the doubt. Then I saw something crawling by the window curtain. I told my friend, “if I see one more bug, we up out of here!” And sure enough, I see one crawling on the bathroom sink!” We took a video because you’re not going to tell me that I’m making it up. We immediately packed everything up and went to the front desk. At first they were wanting to put us in another room, umm, no! If one room has bugs, then the

The Hotel is dated. The rooms decor is clearly out of the 1980s and looked like a random set of furniture and pictures thrown together. The sink and faucet are cheap and something you see in a dorm room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was as to be expected. All in all, the hotel just needs a makeover. I had to change rooms as the first one did not have a deadbolt type latch and the deadbolt itself engage; the door was off from the strike plate about 1/16 of an inch. And the couch in that room had a large rip in it.

Rooms are a bit worn, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I would stay again.
