Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark

Received text message minutes after we checked in that we would have No Maid Service for 3 days. We were checking out in 2. The text asked me to reply if there was anything we needed. I asked for fresh towels and coffee refills. NOTHING came to my room. Received 2 other test messages asking how are stay is and if we needed anything Again asked for towels and coffee. NOTHING. Went to check out and could not even have a real person. Waited 30 minutes and someone came to print off my receipt. There were spots on carpet. Holes in shower and rust around doors. Possible mold around base of tub. The Heater cooked you out of the room set at 63 degrees. Room was 85 when thermostat was set at 63. When shut off heater we froze. Paid over 499 dollars and got NO rest and not comfortable at all.

Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10! We had a really great stay at this hotel. All the staff were amazing and very welcoming, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing. One of the highlights for us was definitely the pool area. The slides were amazing, and my kids enjoyed them so much that they refused to leave! It was a perfect spot for families and a lot of fun. Breakfast also stood out in a very positive way. The food was good, but what impressed me the most was the person working there. He was incredibly hardworking, helping people at the desk, preparing breakfast, and serving guests all at the same time. It honestly looked like he was doing the job of two people by himself, and he still remained helpful a

The beds. Iare amazingly soft. I had to switch hotels cuz americinn had beds as hard as a rock. The pool area with slide and just are are all heated. I have my room a four, even though they are in the process of updating, the beds, pool, breakfast and service are amazing. Emotional support dog accepted, no questions asked, no additional fee. DP was very helpful and other staff very friendly. Definitely will stay here again when traveling.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the hotel! The pool slide was so much fun and definitely a highlight of our trip. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, which we really enjoyed. A special thank you to Vinny for making our stay even more comfortable with such warm and helpful service. We would happily stay here again!

No air conditioning in first room of suite which was unusable because so hot so we all slept in bedroom. Was supposed to be no pets no smoking room. Smelled of smoke and we found a lighter and evidence of smoking obvious if the room had been properly cleaned. There was drink and food splatter on walls in both rooms, at least 5 areas. Housekeeping leaves laundry chute metal door open by elevator. My young child was injured and I saw another child also almost get hit by the metal door. For months I contacted the hotel and customer service. They claim not to know who the manager is, despite giving me a manager’s business card to resolve the issues. Hotel staff always says there is no manager. I let the desk staff know and responded to a text during my stay indicating problems. No one from the
