Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bend near Pilot Butte

I was staying here for work and chose this hotel because of the cost and location. At first I thought I made a poor choice because the king room was smaller than I like for business travel. The bathroom is especially small, like the door hits the toilet. But I actually really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. - Very clean, beds were comfortable. - The breakfast is REALLY good for free breakfast from a two star hotel. I usually just grab a bagel and go in the mornings but it was worth sitting down to eat things like the Canadian bacon, pepper, potato and egg casserole. - Staff was very nice and there were free cookies 24/7 at the desk. - Location is great. So many good restaurants nearby. It snowed one day and I was somewhat concerned about driving too far but there's even a gas station with

Could not go into the hot tub, was cold as an open swimming pool. Heat was not on at all and the front host knew nothing about it till I told her. East side door would not open with are card key ,which are room was on that side so ,threw main lobby all the way to are room. If your going to say these amenities exist please make sure they do. Thank you

First time staying here and it didn't disappoint. They have the most comfortable bed, working AC/heater, and their breakfast is tasty and delicious. Plus, it's accessible to the Forum Shopping Center. My only suggestion (for the room that we were in) is that the bathroom door will open towards the bed room. Ours is opening towards the toilet. Too tight and it's almost touching the toilet seat. If there's a person using the toilet and forgot to lock the bathroom door, someone might open the door quickly, that person sitting on the toilet can get hurt somehow.

What a breakfast! Add to the usual fare, scrambled eggs, fancy eggs, sausage, potatoes, french toast sticks and best of all… Your own waffle maker with all the toppings you would ever need! Super friendly and accommodating staff and a very homey atmosphere. We will be back!

The suite was very comfortable for our stay over Christmas. A great location. The only disappointment was very limited TV with Direct TV blocking so many channels. Local cable can't be that much more $
