Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Galleria/Ballpark, GA

Third time to stay here, but still the same great experience. We were allowed to check in very early and was recognized as Elite members. The rooms were clean, everything you need such as toiletries are always filled. Breakfast was awesome too. Lots of variety, and they change it up every day. This was a plus for us staying for several days. Amenities are top notch. I can safely say this is one of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommended.

We were in town for a softball tournament. The hotel was clean. Our rooms were comfortable and a good size. We enjoyed the free breakfast. We were graciously extended a late check out so the little Grandchildren could enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially GiGi and Kim.

Staff: Absolutely superb, 10/10, not a single miss. Every person we interacted with was great Facility: No. Can’t recommend. Desperately needs a renovation. Dingy lights, drop ceilings with water stains, rusted pipes under the sink, popcorn ceilings in the room, stained rugs. It looks like there was an attempt to give this hotel a fresh look with new paint, but whoever did it had no training whatsoever and you can find smears everywhere. The place looks like it’s never been renovated since it was built in the 80s. We must’ve gone in a bad day because it also smelled like smoke (weed and cigarettes). Amenities: No. The gym is two treadmills and a couple of weights—just 3 people in there is a crowd. Breakfast: You’ll want to stick to the muffins. The other options don’t inspire trust Need

Check in was a smooth process. I forgot the lady name but she made me and my wife feel very welcomed. The room was clean. I'm a germaphobe and was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. I really would like to thank the staffing from the morning of 12-5, about 15 mins after i checked out, the hotel called me to tell me i had left my laptop there. Thank you! My one complaint is on the guy who rushed me and my wife out of the hot tube at closing time. The attitude was very aggressive, a little disrespectful and completely unnecessary but because i was enjoying my time with my wife i did not address it.

Clean, nicely decorated, pleasant and professional receptionist! Easy parking, well lighted parking. Food was plentiful, nicely presented and lots of basic choices. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
