Country Inn Santa Rosa

If i could give them a big fat ZERO, I would. Don't believe any of the good reviews. This is a slum motel! Husband and I had been on the road for 2 days straight and it was almost 2 am when we arrived. We got into our room and there was a terrible cigarette smell but we were so tired, we just wanted to go to bed. Took my shoes off and the carpet was sticky and nasty. The lamps had no bulbs, and the hvac under the window was covered in what looked like mold. I literally just got in bed as we were just to exhausted to go anywhere else, and the mattress bowed a bit in the middle! We just slept, showered and got out of there in the morning. To charge $116 is insane, it should be torn down! Period!

Positive: Quiet, met it's rating level with flying colors. It's an older hotel that has been kept at a higher level and was well worth the price I paid. Parking is safe and conveniently in front of your room. Negative: not really, it met it's two star rating as promised.

Basic, nice staff, clean and neat, and safe. area around the hotel was safe. We were able to walk a block for fast food. The manager was friendly and helpful. We had just left a terrible corp. hotel down the road, and this was truly a pleasant difference from the previous accommodation. It a good place to stay when visiting wonderful Sonoma County CA.

The best inexpensive hotel I've ever stayed in in Santa Rosa. A bit awkward getting out onto Santa Rosa boulevard but the rims were very clean. The paint was new and the rooms are very large and very comfortable. I could easily spend a week there if I needed to. They're also pet friendly. The management is awesome and very friendly. I'm definitely going to make this my place to stay in Santa Rosa

I was skeptical about the place because it was so small. However, the room reminded me of being in a Laughlin resort. Clean, comfortable, and put together nicely. The gentleman who checked us in and out was friendly and helpful. We walked to the restaurants and stores across the street since they were so close. We'll definitely stay here in the future. Thank you!
