Country Hearth Inn Kissimmee

I didn't have a terrible stay, they have fast Internet and the beds were soft. It was a nice spacious room. Some negatives were I went to breakfast two days in a row and there wasn't much of a selection at all. Also the hotel is very controlling with fees for almost everything if something were to go wrong. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but far from the best.

First impression was terrible. The room was dirty it seems bugs got in the room and died, there were no towels in the bathroom either. We called the front desk and the lady on duty actually came to the room brought us towels and cleaned the room. From that point on it's been ok, not the most luxurious place but you get what you pay for. The room itself is spacious, it has a great mini fridge and microwave. If it wasn't for the attendant's prompt response to our complain we would have left.

The only problem I had was how rude the Chinese man was behind the counter while he was talking to customers on the phone. He was not rude to either me or my boyfriend, but the overall stay was not bad. The bathroom shower curtain could have been cleaned better. Maybe invest in better toilet paper? Perfect spot if your wanting to go to Old Town, or Downtown.

Awful!!! This hotel will charge $8.00 for using their towels, staff need to learn between stained and used towel, so I needed it to do part of their job (which was WASH the towel to show them there was no stain, they just need it to do part of what I already paid for, that is wash the used towel, so there was No need to charge my card). Now I understand why this was the only hotel with rooms available... And on top of that, when I showed them it was not stained, instead of an apologyze, when I said that I would not choose of this place to stay again, the front desk girl said: GOOD! So I left... Worst place with worst customer service!!! The housekeeping staff was a lot nicer! They are the ones that should be in front of this place and be face of this hotel..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! A

Receptionist and staff was really friendly and helpful. $8 hidden fee when I got there though, and one of the beds smelled bad. Other than that the room was nice, and it was a pleasant stay. They have a free continental breakfast, and I was 10 minutesate checking out but they did not charge me for late check out!
