Country Chalet Inn

I stayed here 2 times for 2 days each visit... I thought my room was so adorable and cozy.. It was also very spacious. The bed was extremly comfy! Christa was friendly and welcoming... I called ahead to tell her I would be late checking in and she told me no problem just to ring the bell... I really enjoyed sitting under the gazebo at night relaxing it was very cute all lit up.... The bathroom tub and shower could have used a little more bleach... Every day was a surprise for breakfast, you ate what Christa cooked, everything was very tasty, it was actually quite the treat to just be served.. :) I didnt visit the pool or spa, it was a bit chilly... I will definitely stay here again!!

My husband, son and I spent Valentine's Day weekend here, with our Labrador. The room is gorgeous. The chinking in the log wall and beautiful hard wood floor made it feel like the mountains. This was Unit 4. I absolutely love it. We are "old school" and doing everything on the phone was somewhat challenging, but we did see one of the innkeepers. He was very nice. Quite certain we will be going back,.... hopefully in the very near future.

We came out for the weekend to get away from the city and technology. This is my job and you’d be surprised how much seclusion, nature, and no screens can drastically improve your wellbeing. If this sounds like you, this is for you. We stayed in #5. I never met the owners in person. So the tech is in the right places. You buy, get a code. Bada boom. The tub and shower are large and great! The fireplace is a great touch. While there is a TV, it isn’t the main focal point and that was great. We extended our stay. We visited 4 springs all within a 20 minute to 1 hour and a half ride. Gas station right next to it so access to what you need but secluded enough that it’s enjoyable. We will be returning.

The room is dark, the decoration is from the 80's I think. Is very dated. Our bed was full size . Which was very small for us. However with the essentials for a weekend is not bad When we walk in, the smell of bleach was strong. Which is part of the $63 that is charged up front if you want a clean room.Finding this place is a headache as it is hidden on a secluded street in the middle of nowhere, we get lost every single time that we left, however Mike is very friendly and helpful.

We ended up booking 7 nights here at the Country Chalet Inn after traveling down from NH and our other accommodations fell through. We rented Unit 7 which is the efficiency, so we had a full kitchen, fridge, dining nook and couch. Kitchen was reasonably stocked with everything we needed to make meals at the room when not visiting with family. We were provided plenty of towels and wash cloths for both the kitchen and the bathroom. Basic cleaning and hygiene supplies were included in the kitchen as well as bathroom. This room, and the others, has access to the courtyard area as well as a fenced in dog run. We didn't utilize this, but saw others enjoying themselves out there. Unit 7 has a seperate private entrance which was very nice as we were in and out early and late. There is a Dollar Ge
