We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—only a 5-minute walk from the beach and very close to all the shops and boutiques. ​A special thanks to Hobby at the front desk for the warm welcome; he was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very friendly and offers excellent value for money.

The service is what made our stay a lovely one ! The rooms are decent for the price and did I mention the service ? Obi was soooo sweet & this one cleaning lady always made sure to check on us. It pretty close to a lot of stuff and there's a cafe up the street. Although there was construction going on MPD were very respectful and allowed us to pass. NO ISSUES! They dont harass you ! We had fun and our stuff was safe.

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room.

Do not stay here!! Completely unsafe. Jason (who told me he isn’t even the manager he’s a friend of the manager) was inappropriate and unprofessional. As a solo female traveler do not stay here. Maybe as a couple you can stick it out but even then the room smelled terrible it was dirty there was marks on the toilet seat. I didn’t even dare touch the bed. After being in the room for 10 minutes I immediately left and never returned. Jason saw my ID and said he “loves girls from where I’m from” then as I was talking he told me to “SHHH” like!? Then as he’s walking me to my room he says “oh btw we are neighbors!” Like are you kidding me that guy is a complete creep I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe he made sure my room was right next to his and he knew the passcode so he could easily come int

ACHTUNG. Beware of this scam! My stay in hotel Costa Norte it was extremely horrible The air conditioner in my room didn’t work. The host told me to stay there for one night and promised to move me to another room the next day. He convinced me to help him by staying in the room until tomorrow. However, the next morning when I asked to change rooms, he became extremely rude and aggressive. He forced me to stay in the same room or leave without a refund. I felt humiliated by his behavior.The room was unbearable — there was a loud generator running, and it was impossible to sleep. If he can not provide a comfortable and quiet room for thrv guests,he should not let them suffer through such conditions.
