Customer service is exceptional from the receptionist to the host Mr. Ismael always provides excellent customer service always tries to help the entire vacationer in everything so that we are as comfortable as possible, Mr. Ismael is a professional and helpful person Mr Ismael is always checking that the entire RV park is super clean and that we have peace of mind and security. I am very grateful and Blessed for the wonderful service they always give me! i highly recommend it 💯

Just recently went there and was very impressed. I think they may even have a waiting list. Simply gorgeous. The gentlemen that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend it for 55 and older and I think they may have a no kid policy.

This is the greatest place to live in SD County. My neighbors and manager are the best! I'm updating this review because the down to Earth manager we had, unfortunately, passed away much to soon. And now they have a very petty "park host", who goes far beyond what any host should do. He makes living there uncomfortable and pretty near unbearable. It's sad for those of us who only want to be left alone to live in peace, unmolested. You made a better tenant than park host (hostile) Ismael. 😣

Peaceful near the beach 🏖 extremely clean. If you are ready for a sweet small beach community where it’s quiet and peaceful come! I have been happy here 🌷

Racist a**holes . If there was a lower level they would get it . My cousin traveled to San Diego from Alaska to get radiation treat for cancer . They called ahead and were told they had plenty of vacancies . He took two of his grandchildren with him on the trip for their summer vacation .His two grandchildren are of mixed race . When they showed up at Coronado Palms the man on duty at the registration pointed to his grandson and ask if he would be staying as well. When my cousin said yes the man said they were booked solid . This just isn't right . Avoid this place like the plague .
