Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper New Richmond

Have had a wonderful experience every time I’ve stayed!! Friendly staff, very accommodating!! Rooms are always clean and I think most of them are updated now with no carpet and which is great for when I bring my 2 small dogs with!! Kid friendly also!! Convenient area with Walmart, Aldi, Kwik Trip, Culver’s, Taco Bell, dollar tree all within walking distance!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

I’ve been staying here for a little while now and I’m real pleased with the staff ‘Kumar’ and the room rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are nice and clean. It’s been a pretty good experience.

Stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night while in the area for work. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as were the hallways. AC worked great (very good when it's 90 degrees outside). Loved the microwave and refrigerator in the room. I had stayed here a few years ago when it was under different management and wasn't sure what to expect, but was happily surprised. Would recommend.

Positive: Location. Price was great. Negative: Dead roach on the floor in room. TV remote does not work. Mediocre beds.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Kumar was an exceptional person. From the moment I arrived , "Kumar" made me feel so welcome ,my room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had incredible soft linens. I recommend this hotel .Thank you!!
