AmeriVu Inn and Suites - New Richmond

I can not even give this motel a 1 star review, it was our worst experience in a place ever especially for the price. We just wanted a place to sleep would not be hanging around in room much. Smell of mold and then what ever the owners would cook for there food would stink up the whole hotel. We had to go buy air freshener because it was making us sick. They recently painted the room we were in and instead of taking the pictures off the wall they painted around them. 2 nights of hell will NEVER GO BACK and made sure it was known

We had a terrible experience here. The room was nothing like any of the pictures. 1. The room was not clean. 2. The soap in the bathroom was used. 3. The bed was blocking the view of the TV. 4. Half of the lights in the bathroom were burned out. 5. The bathroom electric circuit would not work. 6. There was food in one of the drawers. 7. Stains in the carpet. 8. Rips in the cushions. We planned to stay one week but were not comfortable. They offered other rooms but were marginally better. We had paid for most of the week. They would not give a refund. Lost a lot of money but it was too awful to stay there.

Pictures look nothing like what it actually is. Was surprised to pull into the parking lot and walk in to it smelling quite musty. We decided to stay regardless due to nothing else being available. Our room wasn't the worst but could've been cleaned a bit better. Not to mention the comforter was stained up. The breakfast was actually JUST a waffle maker, couldn't find the syrup, and corn flakes. Fruit flies everywhere. Requested a later checkout to go watch the football game somewhere. The Employee said okay no problem We come back to the room and are just relaxing and the owner just walked into the room. I told him about the late checkout and he said "hes just a worker there will be a charge " If hes just a worker, shouldn't he know that then. Not a good place to stay. 0/10 do not recomm

Was in town for family event. Found this gem. Ever see the movie magnolia hotel? Judy dench was fantastic. Did the hot tub, domino's for pizza last night. Very relaxing place. Cold out, warm inside. Went next door for coffee and breakfast. Friendly staff there also.

We tried to stay here on 11/18 for a wedding. However, seconds after we got to our room my wife and I, along with the couple we carpooled with, decided we couldn't stay. The rooms we had, were nothing like the pictures on the website. There was mold everywhere. Our room had cat food hiding behind the couch. There were cobwebs every where. The couple we stayed with had a room with a door joining the two rooms. You could hear everything coming from the other room. The people in the other room were living there. It was very disappointing. I advise if you are considering staying, you should go elsewhere. We paid $140 and could not get a refund. We were there for a total of 45 minutes and had to check out.
