Coral Cay Resort

Big beautiful house with outdated furniture. One of the rooms headboard and bed had bed bugs and bug feces. There also appeared to be blood on the headboard. The microwave and other items did not work.They really need to do better with the cleaning. Not worth the price.

House was somewhat clean. But saw some issues. Mold caulked in. Trash bins overflowing. I believe the area around water heater was cluttered...fire hazard. Bed was actually comfortable. We rented for 1 month. Won't do it again. Location is good.

Great House, Nightmare Towing Incident The house itself is excellent for a big family: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—we truly enjoyed the property for our three days. However, our vacation was ruined by a predatory towing incident. We meticulously followed the host's parking instructions, but our rental car was towed early on our departure Monday morning without any warning or explanation. We were forced to travel a significant distance to the impound lot and pay a non-negotiable $300 fee in CASH ONLY to retrieve the car. This delay, compounded by waiting 30 minutes with two young children, caused extreme stress and made us almost miss our flight to Boston. We suspect this is a predatory practice targeting tourists. Very nice house complex, our second time staying in an airbnb here and we love it. Close to everything.

This place sucks! Me and my family were staying here for 2 days and on both days the roof to our house was being worked on and they woke us up at 7AM. Each day to noisy careless roof workers who are incredibly loud, don’t even hope to get SOME sleep. My other complaint is that they cut off access to our key fob because they were doing roof work on the CLUBHOUSE. Like WTH. Ah yes if the club house is closed for your WHOLE stay you get a 5$ refund. As well as lots of things are broken/missing throughout the whole resort I mean truly it’s terrible. I genuinely don’t know how this place has 4 stars.
