Last time we went drinking in Niagara falls, me and some friends stayed here. Before we checked out we crapped on the floor, that's how nice this place is. Get yourself a tent or a box and find a spot, you'll thank me later. The only plus were some hookers hanging out nearby.

Unable to actually review unless it's based on contact anyone. I've tried several times to speak with someone in regards to renting when I finally was able to she had informed me they were not any rooms available and there was over a two year waiting list. I asked to be put on it and never heard from anyone. She said the sign outside was incorrect and would be taken down. However everytime I pass by thus place there is a new sign so I went recently and knocked again and again was I formed no availability. So I'm very confused as the sign has been changed several times. And there is no email. Noone ever answers the number posted. It's difficult enough to find a place just for that frustration as well.

I’ve lived here for over a year. There is no wifi, no internet, no telephone and no air conditioner. And the pool is full of dirt not water :) You have to pay $50 just to use the ac for a month. Who on low income has money for that. If you can’t afford Ac good luck breathing in the room. There are only two windows. One in the bathroom and one in the main room. There is NO ventilation at all. The heaters were left on till the beginning of July... The rooms are mold INFESTED. It’s all black mold and maintenance seems to not care even the slightest bit. Also enjoy some drippy ceilings and walls. We have crack dealers, two pedos and a guy who pimps out his girlfriend... like are you kidding me? The manager is incompetent and posts about all this on her Facebook rather then evicting people. She

Honestly not sure what to rate yet as we have not started yet the reason for the review is because we have called several times in the last two months and not once have we been able to speak to anyone about a room. We are hoping whoever it is that respond to the reviews could tell us the price for a monthly room rental if there are any available or if there is a different number we should be calling that isn’t listed on google that will connect us to someone the first time we Call. Not sure if you can edit reviews after they’re published but I’m willing to change this to 5 stars if we get a response within a decent time. Thanks!

In the 80s and 90s i spent time in about a dozen motels in Niagara. This by far is the worst! I was shown a filthy room(floors, tub, fridge) that they said they would clean. Since i was told thet that was the last room available, i paid for it trusting the room would be cleaned - it wasnt. The tub was, but not the floors or fridge. They did not provide house keeping, you were expected to clean your own room. They also moved a very disturbed person in next to me. This guy was extremely agitated; one day throwing furniture over his 2nd floor balcony. Even one of the staff members was "provocative". Every time i saw him, he had some denegrating comment about my attire. It was the least of my worries, but the TV was puny with the colour mixed up(red lips looked blue etc.) They also claimed to
