Conrad New York Downtown

Stayed here for a quick business trip in early February 2026, just before that big snowstorm rolled in. It was freezing outside, but the hotel was a nice warm escape. Location is perfect if you’re working around the WTC / Financial District area — everything I needed was a short walk or quick Uber away. The property feels very well-run and clearly updated to keep up with the luxury Conrad standard. The design stands out: that huge open atrium in the middle is really striking, and it was especially welcome when it was so cold outside — felt bright and airy even on a gray day. I booked a river view suite and was genuinely impressed. We loved the room. Fred at the front desk was very friendly. He arranged us to a room with the view of the Times Square which we loved! The view was gorgeous. This hotel made me feel valued as a customer . Fred is really the best! The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot! 10/10!

Positive: The Valet Service was unexpected but we were not told it was $90 Dollars a night times 3 nights for $270!!! Negative: I was told by the front desk that the Valet parking was $90 a night. At the end of the street where the Conrad Hotel is parking was $35 a night.

An absolutely amazing hotel in New York. Conrad hotels have always impressed me, but this one in New York is outstanding. From kind and courteous customer service particularly from Solomon who was friendly, helpful and generous with his time and professionalism, I can see why this hotel stands out among the crowd. Gabe was fantastic and very funny as well as helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and location was top tier to getting to Brooklyn and Battery Park to see some amazing sites such as the Statue of Liberty. I recommend breakfast at Atrio on site. Overall, it's a 5 star establishment and two thumbs up for Conrad New York. Thank you to the staff and Conrad!

We had a pleasant experience at this Conrad location. We really enjoyed the water refill station and the beds and pull-out sofas were comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast options at the onsite restaurant. One thing I would suggest for families with children, that smaller slippers be available for them. The valet parking was a bit steep but it was a seamless process. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
