Toilets don't work sewerage is backed up someone needs to call the health department or something foreal

I've stayed there here and there. I've always had a good experience there. Other tenants are pretty quiet. Rooms are clean and nice. Could use an upgrade though. Paint, carpet, beds, furniture, just a face lift. I stayed there December 2 2023. First time I saw a bug there. They need to have the rooms spayed. saw a cockroach in the room. Got a couple restaurants around the area. It was an okay stay.

The owners/managers are disrespectful. They don't give u any service. The heat doesn't work and the rooms are cold and drafty. When we tried to block the drafty door with a blanket to warm up we were immediately told we're not allowed to any such thing, but they also weren't going to do anything about it either. I'll never stay at this dirty, disrespectful, unprofessional establishment again.

The Desk man will enter your room WITH OUT your permission while you are not there. I have him on video saying that he goes in to the rooms because he is the owner. That is illegal! By law he is only to enter the room if it is an emergency like a fire and or leak, out prior notice is illegal.
