Definetly not a boutique motel or 2nd best hidden gem in Niagara Falls like they claim to be or think they are and definetly not a family freindly place. They have residents renting rooms month to month. We were charged way too much for a couple and only paid what we thought it was worth given the state of the room and amendities. Everyday/night it was like the ghetto with everyone out of their rooms. It was never quiet. We were put in one of the worst rooms and when we complained they shrugged it off like it would go away. There were cockroaches, rats fleas and DIRTY. They shut the power off to 2 rooms because the residents weren't paying rent and had shut the outside lights to try and keep them from gathering outside at night. Most disgusting motel I’ve ever seen cockroach infested. owners Don’t do nothing owners are never there ripping people off, taking their money you’re not giving it back. Rooms have no power. Leaking all over Don’t ever stay there.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sharp Motel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, making for a very pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the owners were genuinely gracious. Another major plus was the motel’s convenient location—within walking distance of all the attractions, which was perfect for us. I highly recommend this motel for a great stay.

Made a reservation in April for Saturday August the 2nd. Received a confirmation and a reminder of my stay. 8:30 am on Saturday August 2nd day of arrival received an email that due to plumbing issue my reservation was cancelled. Made numerous attempts to contact the facility none of my messages were returned telephone number which was provided was answered by someone who told me that it was the wrong number and hung up. Had to cancel the reservation myself as it hadn’t been cancelled online by motel although they are still booking for tonight. Buyer beware.

This is a great motel run by a kind person. I strongly recommend it. Just please don't make noises to disturb others. It is a great motel for the value. You will meet awesome people. They have been very kind with me when I got loud. They spoke with me gently and helped me. The wifi is also very strong. Strongly recommend this motel because of the guy running it. Very kind guy.
