Compass Hotel Beaufort

Arrived in Beaufort 2 hours early called hotel about early check-in. Front desk was very accommodating, when we arrived they remembered my name. Hotel is very beautiful with the tropical theme that projects the Margaritaville vibe. Entire staff greeted us with a smile on their face and asked if they could help us in anyway. Had a few drinks at the 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar. The 2 bartenders were fantastic and engaging. Even told us about their training from the corporate staff, that let you know the company believes in great customer service. Had a standard room that was bigger than most hotels junior suites. We checked in today and tonight we enjoyed the restaurant. I want to let everyone know how inviting and welcoming the staff is. Special shoutouts to Ashley at the front desk, she was so friendly and helpful, such a beautiful smile. Alejandra was all over welcoming and helping everyone, she was so friendly. Our server was Kennedy, she was exceptional and knew how to converse and looked us in the eyes when talking( which tells me alot) We were excited about the hotel opening and will be back soon. The best part is we can bring our 4 legged child with us .

We absolutely love Beaufort, NC. We reserved a suite online for the weekend. Upon arrival check in was slow, to be expected since they are newly open. When it was our turn we were told there were no suites and they would put us in a room with a balcony, again not what we were anticipating. Personally, I think the managers could’ve handled this differently. We did not rest because the walls are so thin we could hear everything in the rooms beside of us. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Not sure the managers have it together as of yet. We ended up leaving a day early and instead of asking how they could better accommodate us it was more like ok bye. The website states mandatory valet parking ($15) a day however, upon check in we could’ve self parked. The food and drinks were good,

A premier spot to stay & chill in Beaufort. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-tier. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations with a genuine smile. I loved the thoughtful touch of the infused water in the coffee area, and I noticed an atmospheric meeting space with frosted windows near the restaurant. All of the food that I had there was delicious!! The complimentary buffet-style breakfast was a standout, featuring a great variety of fresh fruits, bacon, sausage and much more. The crew’s attention to detail (thank you Jeff) and service was fantastic and made our stay relaxing. You can dock a boat (up to 100ft) right on-site. Drove down for the day from Wilmington to Beaufort to visit family. Came to the hotel on 3/7/26 to see the hotel and eat lunch. Lunch was great ( burger and chicken wrap). We went into the lobby and spoke with front desk (Sharon) and she was so knowledgeable about the hotel and area. Showed us around and gave us rates. We plan on coming back and staying at the hotel on our next visit. Hopefully spring break.
