Coastal Carolina Campground

So far it's great but only 1 day down and many more days of staying in tent. 2nd and 3rd day and it's by far a fun vacation Wow I love it here. This is a very laid back site, super nice hosts and residents excellent pier with sinks and boat ramp you will love it as well!!!!!!

We spent six days at Coastal Riverside and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are wonderful hosts - friendly and helpful. Clean, nice bathrooms/showers. Loved watching the sunsets each night. Had a nice, shady spot. Lots of things to do in the area. Hope to return!

This is an amazing campground! We love staying here and the owners are always so kind and accommodating!! Including our son from Africa! Many thanks to you all for making our stay fabulous! Can't wait to return.

We spoke with the owners wife 2 1/2 before arriving via the availability. We were assured that they had space for 4 trucks, but when we arrived and they were able to see 4 trucks of African Americans their perspective changed. Their property and their decision to rent space to whomever. But their web page should read. " People of color not welcome"

I am very surprised about the bad reviews I am reading about this campsite, because our experiences have been exactly the opposite! My family and I stayed here about a year ago, then again this past Labor Day weekend. I called prior to driving down this Sat to make sure there was space available and spoke to Paige. She advised that tent spots were first come first serve, but that there was plenty of space available. She warned us that the ground was damp due to Hurricane Hermine and that there could be a few more scattered showers that day and suggested we bring a tarp for our tent, but let us know we were still welcome if we wanted to come. She also asked that we please try to arrive before 9pm so that we don't keep other campers awake while we set up, which I totally understood and a
