We more than loved the stay!! Cost efficient and absolutely exceeded any expectations. Very well maintained and clean. I felt safe and comfortable. Despite the walls being a little thin, It was quiet, calm, and overall the perfect place to be for a little getaway. Loved the location. I will say, the bathroom tile was a little loose and the grout came off a little in small bits, which hurt to step on but wasn’t anything I couldn’t sweep up! I will absolutely be coming here again. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was awesome and had so many options. they had fresh cookies and water the entire time. overall I’m just very happy with this place, it was perfect! I absolutely recommend!! They had everything we could have wanted!

Check-in was easy and host was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was hot upon entering and didn’t cool down over night. Faux curtains were dangling from broken ceiling mount. Sheer curtains had a hole and let in all light. Bath towels were not soft and absorbent. Body soap left residue. Noticed broken windows and some maintenance that needs to be done on property.

I made this reservation for my mom who was heading to a drs appointment very early the next day. The room was filthy. The pictures are what my mom stumbled across. I called the front desk after my mom tried to get help - they transferred me to corporate because they were the “only ones that could help.” The corporate line wanted the local line to assist. It was a mess. After 30+ minutes of back and forth, they did us the “favor” of moving her to another room. Ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs. I have the confirmation number in case there is a response from the owner. Never again!

Worst hotel stay and experience of my life. Cockroaches in the room, system issue that resulted in a staff member coming to our room at midnight threatening to kick us out since we “didn’t extend”. We did- this was an issue in their part that was handled completely unprofessionally. Pool that is advertised as heated was freezing cold (think cold plunge) and dirty. Smoke detector dangling from the ceiling. Breakfast foods were questionable and most food was gone shortly into the slates breakfast time with no staff around to replenish. Upon check out, was told we would be refunded the full amount. That has not happened, instead we have received 5 separate charges totaling almost $600. Have been in communication with management at the hotel as well as “corporate” who have all been completely
