Comfort Suites Troy-I75

Service is very attentive. King suite with 2 person hot tub was very comfortable sized room and clean especially. Shower has jets in walls very nice. Bed was from a d cool. Pillows great! TV was up to date and pulls out and swivels. Pool has a waterfall built into it even. Pool is warmed inside. Very pretty pool area. Breakfast was hot and colds were cold and delicious. Waffles or sausage and gravy with biscuits. Assortment of breads. And my deposit was easily returned. Parking was right beside our room on 1st floor too. Thank you comfort suites for our awesome comfort.

Very nice accommodations. People were very nice! The man taking care of Breakfast was so polite, and the spread was very well prepared. He was so busy! Sweeping, wiping checking food inventory. He even told me Merry Chraistmas! Give him a Christmas Bonus & $ raise!

I sprained my knee the wk before coming and upon arrival, asked to be put in a room with a walk in shower. Evidently I had already been assigned a room prior to arrival and the clerk said it would be difficult to change the room as it was going to be very busy/full for the next 2 days I had reserved. After a bit of time, he was able to change the room. Who knew handicapped rooms were all the way at the end of the hall away from elevator?? I’m limping, get to the room, my knee throbbing, n upon entering see several bathroom tiles are cracked and tiny pieces missing in front of the shower. I had a 4:30 pm meeting in town, so I put my bag down n left. I was tired after my meeting and upon return just went to bed. Next am, after going down for juice, my key card did not work and a kind maid l

Positive: Comfortable beds Negative: The first room we were given had not been cleaned. There was no decaf coffee in the room nor at the breakfast bar.

Would stay again and I recommend this hotel. Clean, adequately furnished room, and friendly, responsive staff. Breakfast anchors were hotel eggs, a meat, and a waffle maker. Weekend also had biscuits and gravy. Some breads, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee were also included. I enjoy most of the cereals on the market today, but my only complaint about my 12-day stay was that the only cereals available were Corn Flakes and a Bluey cereal that didn't appeal to me. I would have taken the Corn Flakes if there had been a sweet pastry or something similar to eat with it. The friendly gentlemen did a fine job maintaining the breakfast area, but a good cereal would have greatly improved my impressions of the breakfast.
