Budget Inn Troy, Ohio

This is by far the best motel I stayed at in a long time! Very reasonable and clean. I have a handicap and they were very accommodating! All the staff were very friendly felt like family. Especially Michelle she went above and beyond to help me with my walker among other things she was so nice! I will definitely keep this place in mind in future🙂

Out of the 3 cheap motels in that area of Troy, Budget Inn is DEFINITELY the best value for your money. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the beds are confortable, and overall it's a pretty quiet place. It has a bit of a bad reputation because of it's past but the new management has cleaned it up a lot. Most of the rooms have been renovated and the ones that haven't are currently in the process of being renovated. A lot of the rooms have smart TVs too. I highly recommend this motel to anyone needing a clean confortable and safe place to stay in Troy. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Troy. Oh, also they have great weekly rates

Staff is very respectful and totally professional. Budget Inn in Troy Ohio is the best motel. Your stay is well worth spending time here. They're on top of everything here. If ever there is a situation in your room where staff have to come in and tackle whatever the issue, you'll be proud of staff being Johnny on the spot. I really appreciate their hospitality and patience with all their guests. I truly believe that this motel is Five stars through and through. Help this motel on having this motel being fully booked. This facility is Full of sick activity. The management team being the worse. Repeatedly lying, vicious threats from the manager Michelle and They get upset and kick you out, if you call the police in emergencies, involving any1 even children. Which, is a violation of your civil rights. Total nonstop drama from all residents and staff. Domestic abuse, nonstop verbal threats from the manager Michelle, questionable sexual activity, harassment and threats from other residents and horrendous substance abuse. The Owners do not care, they're ALL PROUD I GUESS. Good people STAY AWAY I'm A Godly spiritual CORPORATE LEGAL TRAINER and TRUST ME DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. This place has come a very long way. The new managers have worked really hard to get this place more family-friendly and safe for their guests. I gave them 5 stars on everything, including the rooms, because what you get for the price is way more than what you'd expect. The customer service was great. I made a reservation and my room was ready to go when I arrived. I didn't have to wait until a certain time to check in, and I was grateful for that as I had driven 8 hours and had been up all night. I was so happy to have a clean, quiet room to get rest and rejuvenate for my long drive home the following day. Not only was I happy with the room which by the way is a great price for people like me who are traveling on a budget, but the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. This has
