Comfort Suites Stevensville - St. Joseph

Room was outstanding, service was excellent, everything clean and well maintained. I just want to add their continental breakfast was the best ever. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, freshly made oatmeal among many other things. I will most definitely be staying there again.

I booked two rooms for my employees for the night of 12/11/2025. After 1-1/2 hours in his room, one of my employees felt something crawling on him in bed. He discovered the bed bug in the picture (original photo has meta data linking to the hotel). He also found many smaller ones upon closer inspection.||He immediately went to the front desk to notify the person on staff. The staff member seemed unsurprised and simply gave my employee a key to a new room, and that was it.||A couple days later, he found bites all over his body (I provided a picture of the bites on his ankle as he as allowed since the picture respects his privacy.)||I wrote an email to Choice Hotels notifying them of the incident, the fact that the employee at the hotel did not seem to care, nor was anything offered to make

Service was great! Pool was open till 11 and we got in late but they said if we were in at 11 they would let us stay an extra hour in! Hottest hot tub I've been in. Had to have the staff get it on which took forever with their new remote for it. The TV in the room didn't work so they changed our room to one across the hall right away, no issues. Little convience store inside which is great and a sauna which is always a plus! Love and appreciate all the technology hookups for charging multiple devices! For the price and free breakfast, it's a good place to stay while traveling.

We started coming here years ago for my birthday, and we fell in love with the place. Now we come here for girl's trips to get away, we even come Christmas evening with our kids. It's always clean and always feels safe. It has a lovely breakfast and the location is perfect. You're a short drive to the beautiful beaches and wineries.

I would give it a 10, but my pillows sucked and the bed was not the most comfortable, it was ok. Room was great, perfect size and stayed dark. The shower was fabulous, perfect pressure and made my hair and skin very soft. Would love to know what water softener is used.
