Baymont by Wyndham St. Joseph/Stevensville

went to do a mini family get away for valentine's weekend , get here an the pools down. okay not their fault it needs painted. our room for night one, tub was dirty had to clean it to give my baby a bath, water wouldn't stay in the tub, to the point i had to leave it running. half the channels on the tv don't work. they move us the next day, tub still dirty and has a crack in the tub. the lady working the front dest at the time told me "i felt it its smooth to the touch the little one will be fine" when i took a shower i could feel the crack moving as a crack in the tub does. so the baby didnt get a bath that night for her safety. paid for late check out and at 11 they knock on the door asking if we were staying another night. my daughter found an empty apple sauce container (not ours) tha

As expected it is an older hotel in need of new carpet (allowing pets vinyl flooring would be great) but the staff were super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast had make your own waffles. OJ was gross. Overall for the price and reasonable pet fee I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Front desk was attentive, friendly and handy. Fixed the tv when it wasn’t working. Housekeeping was great, we had low soap and they immediately filled it. Room and bathroom were clean. All you can ask for. It isn’t the Hilton but we knew that, great price, the pool was great for my daughter. Breakfast was decent. For the price I was happy. Will recommend for a great bargain hotel.

Positive: The staff were very friendly. The hotel’s location and price was great. Negative: My room was an ADA room. It had a toilet that leaked and the floor outside of the bathroom was wet the entire time.

Our room is dirty.... literally!! I had to ask for new blankets because of cigarette burn holes. The door to the room was actually coming off the hinges. Staff had to came and tighten the screws up so the door would close properly. The door latch is clearly broken and was rigged up with a piece of makeshift wood to secure the latch. Be aware, the pictures they provide are very misleading, even deceiving. Personally speaking with management was an issue too. I got attitude and rolled eyes when addressing these issues. I do applaud Chris working the front desk. Very nice and helpful!
