Comfort Suites Roswell North

Claire was absolutely outstanding last night. The lobby was full of guests, several key cards were not working, and there was a particularly rude guest repeatedly calling and causing disruptions. Despite all of this, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly efficient. She handled every situation with patience and grace, managing the entire shift spectacularly. I truly believe the manager needs more employees like her. If this is the level of professionalism she consistently brings to her work, she absolutely deserves recognition — and a pay raise. She earned a solid 10/10 stars for her performance last night. Additionally, the room was fine not much to complain there, but I hope this message reaches the appropriate team regarding the ongoing issues with the key cards and doors. Gu

The stay in Roswell NM at Comfort Suites Roswell North was amazing. There was a snow storm and I have good wifi and tv service the entire time, hot water and continental breakfast every morning. The best part of my stay was the front desk services. I've been to plenty of hotels and this one in particular, Claire, was polite and sweet the entire time. She says good morning and speaks wherever she sees her guest. She gets us all with a warm smile and kind gestures and out of the numerous times I locked myself out of room she kindly help me without showing any attitude. If there were things bad about this hotel her energy definitely helped me forget. Keep up the good work girl!

I’ll start off by saying that this one of the best hotel experiences that I’ve ever had. My room was very clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. Everybody was very welcoming and respectful! The young lady that check me in was very sweet and the gentleman that checked me out was very nice. Asked me how my stay was and if I needed anything. Breakfast was on point eggs, sausage waffles they had everything. I also love the fact that they actually had hard boiled eggs!

Rachel, the clerk on duty, was awesome. I didn't have reservations and she was able to meet my need of two rooms on the first floor next to each other quickly and effectively. When I had trouble with my room key she politely informed me I couldn't put the room key next to my cell phone. Her chocolate chip cookies were awesome. Ours rooms were clean and breakfast made our needs.

Room very spacious. Check in good. Good location (good Mexican and Texas Roadhouse restaurants across busy road. Be careful when crossing ). Just disappointed in the shower stall. Reported at end of stay that shower knob needs maintenance attention in room 203. It felt like the knob was coming off. Liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Not sure the point of having rain shower head and normal head as they’re close to each other and I couldn’t get them separated so as to get more spray pressure in the other. |Bed was not as comfortable as Best western nor another Comfort Inns. Pillows plentiful but a bit lumpy. To keep the a/c from rattling, pull up on one of the filters in the unit. ||Nothing that stands out about hotel to deserve 4 stars.
