Comfort Suites Palestine

We had a one night stay here and enjoyed it. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire facility was very clean and our room was well stocked with towels and amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was simple but offered enough choices to please everyone. Great place to stop for a night and would recommend the Pint and Barrel restaurant in the Old Town area for a meal.

I was very surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms were larger than expected. Misty was the person who greeted me as I entered and was very welcoming. I appreciate the time taken to explain the amenities of the facility. I would definitely recommend this Comfort to others!

Our room had a weird smell . But other than that it was very comfortable.Breakfast was not at all what we expected . Eggs , potatoes,and bacon were extremely cold (refrigerated) , coffee machine was only hot water. Seems like coffee was never added . We enjoyed the hot tub and pool . Staff was accommodating. Other than the breakfast fiasco it would have received a 10 on our rating

The front desk welcomed us and we were swiftly checked in. This is the cleanest Comfort Suites we've ever stayed in. The rooms are immaculate and the bedding crisp and clean. When I walked down the hall, I could smell the freshness of clean laundry being done. The breakfast was great, and we had plenty to choose from. I'm a Travel Agent and we stay at a lot of hotels, but this particular hotel will be a favorite when we come down to visit Palestine, Texas.

The stay has been amazing it’s truly comfort in all ways! Misty the receptionist has been exceptional since the moment we checked in! I love the customer service the cleaning and the comfort as I stay while I am in my business trip.
