Budget option for going in to the parks. Rooms were generally clean with fresh linens. Receptionist and service was timely and polite. Complimentary breakfast is from 630-9 and is decent. Driving to main attractions is very easy. While staying, the elevators were very slow and even broke down the morning we were checking out. If busy, expect to take the stairs or wait for the elevator. The hotel is also directly across from a small theme park which makes it fun if you wanna go out to grab some fair food or hit some rides in the evening. This comes with the downside of it being loud into the weekend evenings and even hard to get into the hotel parking lot due to all of the vehicle and foot traffic going in and out of the park. Overall, decent pick for the price. Be purposeful in planning

First thing we noticed was a very musty smell in our room. Carpet was stained red. Carpet was also falling off the bottom of the wall by the door. Sheets/blankets stained looked dirty. Not enough towels and blankets provided for the reservation we had. Supply should be increased, so when guest ask for towels & blankets they can be provided. Toilet leaked, I was told it would be fixed but never was. Our room key stopped working on the 2nd day, after trying to get it resolved we were told maintenance has no problem letting us in every time. The hot tub was SO low Saturday night that it was not filtering water, smelled so bad. Pools open 24/7 but they don’t always supply towels. We have stayed at this hotel previously, and LOVED it. Our last visit was 2019 before our visit on the 7th October for two weeks, was a little apprehensive when see some recent reviews, but upon arrival all my fears disappeared, I’ll admit not much has changed since 19 yes it is a bit dated but when travelling from the UK all I want is a decent sleep and shower and a clean and tidy room which yet again ticked all the boxes.|We literally use this hotel as a base, chuck in a free breakfast, although selection has changed since we last came back but enough choice to start the day.|Staff polite as always couple of problems with the room, got in touch with reception and both problems resolved ASAP. |It’s a prime location for all the parks 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes approx traffic depending from universal studios. ||Yet again the perfect stay

Try to stay here when going to WDW. Affordable and breakfast is fine. Great location. Hotel just seems to get dingy when we stay. Room is spacious but just okay, it seems "old". Plus, room was always cleaned, but they never left fresh towels. Small inconvenience after a long day at WDW. The property is safe, just set your expectations. Found a new secret, pizza from the pool bar is sneaky good and guy was super nice.

From check-in to check-out we were treated as family. The staff at this hotel is awesome. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Kevin at the Tiki bar was awesome to deal with and provided excellent service every evening weather it was just a couple drinks or for dinner by the pool side.
