Comfort Suites Hotel and Conference Center

Clean, modern, and good breakfast. Premier front desk employee, Judy, was FANTASTIC!! Judy went above and beyond for us. She was very personable and professional. She helped with the incorrect charge for the room in a timely manner. I asked questions about a local food place: location, hours, reputation for good food, etc. By the time I dropped off the luggage to my room and came back down the stairs, Judy had all sorts of information about the restaurant in question. She was wonderful!!

Everything during our stay was EXCELLENT. Most friendly staff. Excellent food, workers, selections in the Breakfast area. Must have eaten 6 of the mouth watering cakes with the super creamy frosting. And have never been to any hotel that writes loving kind messages on their bananas. The big room which our scrapbooking event took place....all good, trash emptied often, WE JUST LOVE YOUR HOTEL and cant wait till we return for our weekends in 2026.

The stay was nice. They are remodeling lobby area but that didn’t really inconvenience us. The front desk is temporarily moved to other entrance and so has the breakfast area. ||The room was good. Must not do daily bed service. Did change out towels each day. ||Breakfast was not terrible but not great. Sausage gravy and cold biscuits is the main daily menu. One day there was sausage patties and scrambled eggs and the next day was scrambled eggs and bacon. Bacon was good. Could add some potatoes. No fresh cinnamon rolls was surprising. This area is known to serving locally made cinnamon rolls at hotels. They had store bought prepackaged muffins.

Clean, comfortable rooms. We stay here about once a year, and we have never been disappointed. The food at the continental breakfast is exceptional!

Always a delightful stay! Very satisfied with our stay and will return. My husband and I have been staying at this Comfort Suites for at least 12-13 years. Sometimes twice a year. We travel in a class B RV now but, when in Berlin we still stay at the Comfort Suites. Our favorite place in Berlin and Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen is just a few miles away. 😀
