Berlin Resort

We planned a quick one night girls stay, just a chance to get a break, to relax, and catch up. We checked in around 4pm, our room was extremely clean, and comfortable and well thought out. The fridges in each room are a good size, which is great since we bought cheese and desserts and other Amish country foods that needed refrigeration. The extra sink outside the bathroom made getting ready easier. We loved the room, but even more so loved the amenities. I tried out the pool, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna. The fact that those amenities open so early and stay open till 10pm is amazing. We walked the nature path, which is an easy gravel walk and beautiful with the flowing creek and bridges, and even the spaces thoughtfully set up to sit and enjoy just nature watching. We were k

My fiance surprised me with a 1-night stay at the Berlin Resort in a Signature Suite! The location is perfect for the country living experience. I grew up going to Amish Country my whole life but this was the my first time staying here. The staff were friendly, & helpful when asked questions. Our room was pristine. It was spacious - a living room with a pull down king size bed & good size wall-mounted flat screen tv with a loveseat & 2 chairs. There's a hallway with a long counter & sink + a small bar counter with 2 stools tucked under it. The master bedroom is massive with a king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen, a swivel chair & a barn door. OMG - the bathroom is AMAZING. Absolutely loved the playhouses. They create a unique play environment for our children. One of my favorite things to do is buy take out from a local Amish restaurant and eat it on the beautiful patio or in the garden beside the playground. I have been bringing my family here for over 30 years and the fish ponds, waterfalls, huge gardens, chapel, fireplace patios, pool, playgrounds and unique playhouses are exceptional and there are no other resorts that compare to their beauty. It is a timeless experience. We always visit at least 5-6 times a yr. |Unfortunately in the past year the rates have doubled and we are unable to visit as often. But, if you can afford it then it is worth the price.

Positive: My family stayed in the suites and it was beautiful! We enjoyed the Koi Pond, Early mornings in the gazebo, the game room playing monopoly and the pool! The basketball court was great for my son, and my daughter enjoyed the little village and playground! Negative: everything was amazing!

We love this place! Always super clean. Great breakfast. Awesome access to state of the art gym with saunas. Trails to walk on. Amazing little touches like the hot chocolate and espresso machine in lobby!
