Berlin Grande Hotel

Always so friendly and professional staff even when it's busy. We love this hotel. It is very well kept, beautiful grounds, and a high class feel in each room. The breakfast is always phenomenal, well stocked, and large delicious selections.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location (sort of walking distance from downtown Berlin but there aren't sidewalks the entire way so its a difficult walk). We have stayed there 6 or 7 times but I think this was our last. Its not perfect, its pricy, it seems to have thin walls and thier TV's are weird to use, but the good has always made up for the bad.||Unfortunately I think now, the staff is so afraid of confrontation that they won't stop people ruining the experience for everyone. The big issue we had was when we wanted to use the pool. When we were going down to it we found the pool full of a dozen or so unsupervised young children. Kids in the pool aren't a suprise or anything but these kids were fighting, running on the slippery area around the pool, jumping in the hot tub

Excellent location. King room was massive, and also an incredible waste of space. Put a hot tub in the room! Bed was pretty cozy, and the kitchenette was nice amd spacious. VERY clean hotel. Excellent experience with Connie at the front desk while both booking and checking in.

Great room! They need to salt the sidewalks, way too slippery. I was harassed by the Breakfast attendant! Horrible person!! Walked up to me, stood by my side, cleaning up the pieces of cereal as they fell from the machine telling me its against health codes to pour my cereal from the paper bowl they give you into my own plastic container! It's 9am! Really!! The fact that they allow their employees to harass guests like that is not acceptable!! I would never go back!! Don't go!!
