Comfort Suites Fort Collins Near University

I stay at this hotel most of the time when I am in Fort Collins. It is a great location and a very good price for Fort Collins. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. They have always tried to accommodate my needs. The room and bed are comfortable. I don't eat breakfast, but the buffet looks fine. My only complaint is that the front door is not automatic. I am older and have luggage, so It would be helpful if the door opened for me. I will continue to stay at this hotel.

Positive: Everything was dirty in the hotel. Blood was on the sheets and the 100$ deposit I put down on the hotel they kept it and it was all because that’s how they left the room for us. Terrible place. I’ll never go back. Negative: This hotel is manipulative and there sharks for money. They left our room with sheets with blood on it so they could keep the 100$ deposit. This hotel is a scam and I’d never recommend anyone else going there.

Everything was great, the hotel room was very nice. The room was nicely decorated and not worn down. I had a view of the outside which was pretty. The bed was comfortable, I love that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which helped cut down on eating expenses. The only complaint was housekeeping knocked on my door at just before 9am on my checkout day, which was a little disturbing because I was just getting out of the shower. It definitely would have woken me up had I been asleep. Other than that, everything was very nice.

I had to stay at comfort suites for almost three weeks while waiting for the new house to be ready. The staff were just amazing! Since I am a blind guy and solo they asked if I wanted to be on the first floor in a handicapped room and I am so happy I took it! Breakfast is one of the absolute best Ive ever had at a hotel. Every single day breakfast was perfect. Hotel staff helped me if I needed help which was super nice! I had a very clean amd quiet room that was very nice and had amazing pillows. The staff checked on me just the right amount and didn't bother me at all. Cheryl was very helpful and my mother and I were very impressed with how much she helped us get things done. The two handicapped accessible rooms we had were extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The had the handrails and enough towels to last the three days we were there. The roll in shower and shower bench were needed and appreciated. All of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent! Reservation assistance was excellent! The only suggestion would be to have a powered front door to the hotel. It was hard at times getting luggage and my Mom who uses a walker through with ease.
