Employee had thier children running in lobby and employee was yelling. Room was filthy and the pool closed. Parking lot was filthy with trash in it. Gym looked trashed and closed. Bathroom had hair in sink and tub. The so called snack room was horrible with barely anything to choose from. The worst hotel in the area. Next time I come for business I will stay at the Best Western. There is at least know the room is clean and bed bug free.

We booked a first floor room was put on fourth floor. Carpet in room was dirty and shower curtain has black on it. No clean linens but clean towels we were there 4 days . Breakfast was a joke no hot water for oatmeal was told get bottled water and warm in cup microwave. Muffins were so hard not able to eat. The hot food that there was saguage links were cold. Had to microwave to heat up to eat. Coffee was cold….. told staff they didn’t seem concerned at all. We were there Christmas morning many unhappy and hungry guests. This used to be our go to hotel when visiting family. I believe we will look elsewhere next visit.

The staff was very nice, the hotel and my room were both very clean and comfortable (especially the bed), the wifi is excellent, and there's a Walmart across the street within walking distance. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because of the television. It was extremely difficult to operate. I had to purchase a streaming device to watch what I wanted. Besides that, I highly reccomend staying here.

The ladies at the front desk were thoughtful, sensitive, caring, and accommodating, specifically Diana and Tanya! The breakfast and dining area was wonderful. The overall cleanliness at the hotel was a delight. We especially enjoyed the lemon water served later in the afternoon.

This is by far one of the worst, most run down hotels that I have ever stayed at. From the start the Indoor Pool is closed “for the season” and the Gym is closed “until further notice”. Then the room itself is just dirty - the microwave has food and stains, the carpet has tears, and there’s a constant odor in the rooms and especially the stairwells. There wasn’t an iron in my room (there was an ironing board) and when I inquired, the front desk clerk had to “search empty rooms” for an extra one because the rooms are no longer equipped. The same premise occurred when I had a squeeze bottle of Conditioner but no Shampoo, the clerk searched again and gave me a few small one-use bottles until the next day.
