Best Western Inn & Suites

Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Front desk was pleasant. 90.% of the parking is behind the building. It is a 2 story building but no elevator. So we had to change our room to 1st floor. It was quiet. |I would stay here again. Our visit was 2 night stay.

I stayed here on 1/17 and the lady working the front desk was super friendly and nice! The room was really clean. Great location being close to Walmart, restaurants, stores and the movie theater. Absolutely love staying here when I'm in town.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Best Western in Copperas Cove, Texas. My husband stayed there when it was new and loved it. However, the hotel is in a state of disrepair. Electrical outlets didn't work, the vending machine hasn't worked for a long time. The carpets and floors were filthy. Walls need to be painted. Furniture in the lobby area was worn out. The breakfast was just OK. The location of the hotel was great for us but we will not stay there again. My impression of the staff was that they heard complaints a lot but were apathetic to them because nothing has been done to alleviate any of these issues.

I'm never disappointed when I stay at this hotel. Judy always goes the extra mile to accommodate her guest. Quite hotel and very spacious rooms! Clean! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
