Cactus Inn & Suites

This hotel may be a bit older, but Todd and Tom are the reason my company continues to stay here. They work incredibly hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. No matter how busy they are, they are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure our construction crews are well taken care of. The ongoing remodeling and new beds are making a big difference, and we really appreciate the improvements. Ownership – please know that Todd and Tom are the reason we keep coming back. They make us feel at home every time we’re here. We’ll be back next week and look forward to another great stay.

Worst place ever. Friend recently had a brother that passed away at this place. When my friend showed up to see what happened and collect what he could the staff refused to let him take anything. They wanted money for everything under the sun. Of course without the documentation needed nothing can be done and it is a process to get the documents through the court. Very unprofessional and extremely unkind people. Now they really will have to wait for any payment.

So I stayed here for a whole month. I paid 60 dollars a day. Then it went to 55 out of nowhere. I did not say anything. The maintenance guy swears he is the boss and so does the lady at the front desk whom is the worst. She is very bitter so you really have to walk on eggshells until you get tired of her attitude. There's roaches and my ceiling leaked. Maintenance swear they fixed it. Then it stormed again and ruined my property. Now I am taking them to court. Would not stay here.

We were shocked and disappointed by how we were treated at this hotel. After informing the staff that our dog is a trained service animal, they attempted to charge us an extra fee—something that is illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are not pets and cannot legally be subject to additional charges. When we explained this, the staff was dismissive and clearly uninformed about federal law. This kind of treatment is not only discriminatory but completely unacceptable. Until this hotel trains its employees on ADA compliance and how to properly accommodate disabled guests, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Hey y'all. I just had my last day at the cactus and I have to say my stay was great. The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the staff was awesome to me. It's not the most luxurious place but it's cozy and the owner and his wife were amazing. Thank you guys.
