Comfort Suites Cincinnati University - Downtown

Positive: The staff was excellent, kind professional and friendly! We were welcomed in by Bentley who was incredibly warm and polished! Hotel employee prepared a delicious breakfast with a wonderful positive energy! Hotel employee was also gracious and helpful! Negative: Everything was superb! I amused to staying in hotels so this was delightful and at the top of my list!

Usually I am staying on different part of Cincinnati but due to having special celebration I decided to stay at Comfort Suites neat University, and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near some great spots in the city, which made it easy to explore. My check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. My room with 2 queens beds was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. I loved that it had a sitting area, so I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. I like to highlights the breakfast selection it offered a nice variety — from eggs and waffles to fresh fruit. I can't say enough about how welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and helpful the staff was!!! Well located - non-hectic location but close to everything. The room was spacious. The place was clean. Great showers. Good towels. The room HVAC unit ran in a quiet, efficient manner... keeping the room at a nice, steady temperature. Free breakfast - with a pretty good variety and the hot dishes can change from day to day.

We stayed overnight at the Comfort Suite near downtown Cincinnati with a coworker because we had an early project to tackle the next morning. The check-in was quick, and the front desk staff made everything easy after a long day. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what we needed to rest up before work. Breakfast the next morning was a nice perk, with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I didn’t even get the chance to stay at the hotel. During my trip, the United States was hit by the largest snowstorm in the last 40 years. I am from Brazil, and due to the severity of this storm, it became completely impossible for me to reach the hotel safely. This situation was entirely beyond my control. I was supposed to be there to study and had planned everything carefully, but the storm forced me to cancel all my arrangements and abandon a long-awaited opportunity. It was a very distressing and disappointing experience. All the other hotels involved in my trip were understanding of the circumstances and refunded me without any difficulty, recognizing that this was an exceptional situation and not a personal choice or fault on my part.
