Comfort Suites Cheyenne

If I could give more stars I would. We were tired from a day on the road. Price was reasonable. Location was quiet. Outside was clean. Inside was clean. Noticed a little water on the floor of the elevator so I assumed there is a pool. Sounded like other guests were enjoying themselves also. Room was clean and spacious. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they didn't pry as to how big they were or what breed. I believe it was an extra $25, but I may be wrong on that. Beds ( we got 2 queens) were comfortable, sheets were clean and fresh, pillows were sooooo nice. Slept great and were on our way by 8:30 am after having a good selection of breakfast products.

Mid experience. Front desk dude was great and did his job but our room had hair in the beds and smelled like sweaty trucker (no offense to the truckers). Told the front desk dude, he switched our rooms as per hotel policy once hair is found in a "clean" bed. Then the new room had hair in the bed still. Either they're washing machines have never been drained and cleaned like you're supposed to do or the housekeepers just don't do their job? Finally third times the charm? Nope, hair in the bed aswell. But smelled actually clean so that was a plus. I didn't bother telling the front desk because I'd rather spend my night sleeping and not switching rooms. We cleaned off the bed and called it a night. Staff is nice but has some logistical issues I suppose.

Positive: The courtesy and helpfulness of the front desk and other staff members. Negative: The breakfast was very well done! 👍

Very high quality hotel with a beautiful lobby, great breakfast and very large clean rooms. The fitness room had good free weights and treadmill. I would definitely stay here again. If I have any complaints, my room did not have any blackout blinds, so people could see you through the window with their partial shades. Still a great hotel.

Very nice spot to stop in Cheyenne. The rooms are spacious suites and accommodated our family with kiddos well. The breakfast was good and the pool was actually warm which was nice for the kids. Clean, modern hotel in a safe area and right off the interstate.
