Comfort Suites Brunswick

Nice and convenient right off the interstate. I called late and got a good deal king size bed for a decent price. The bed was slightly uncomfortable mattress could have been a little thicker pillows were nice but small. When I came in last night there was a very musty moldy smell throughout but that's gone today. The breakfast was nice overall it was a nice day and I would return

I stayed in a handicapped accessible room due to a family member’s disability. It was a very nice and quiet room with all the accommodations for the disabled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are some identical twins who work there. I thought I was hallucinating at first when the second twin walked by. They are both very kind and are probably used to the hilarious outcomes of confusing everyone! It was fun. At any rate, I recommend this place especially for anyone with a disability who needs a special room. The staff is very cool and helpful, which is very important to my family because of the accommodation we needed.

The girl that checked us in did not seem to know what kind of room we wanted. We wanted an accessible room (handicap) with two queen beds. She checked us into room 224. It was not what we wanted. We asked her for different room. and was then told the hotel was totally booked. We asked for a credit she said she couldn't do that. That a manager had to do that. But she wouldn't be in till 8:30 Am the next day. We went down the highway and stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott., we drove back the next morning to talk to the manager, and she wasn't in that day. It is now Jan 4th and we still have not received a credit for Dec 28th. we did not stay in this hotel Dec 28th.

Room was clean and well stocked. Bed slept well. One light was out in dimly lit bathroom. Don’t plan on having any coffee at breakfast-the female working the morning of 2/21/26 was outside while at least 7-8 people were inside waiting on coffee… for at least 10 minutes-when she finally came in- a lady approached her- told her coffee was out and she replied -I’m getting it-very cold! Then we all had to wait another 10 minutes for her to brew it. This is unacceptable! Coffee is the most important part of breakfast and it’s not hard to keep it brewed!

The front desk ladies were VERY nice… no complaints there. the room was DISGUSTING. Curtains ripped hanging off, closest door kept randomly opening because the safe would open. It was way too much money to not have painted walls without spots where they patched it back together. I have photos and video… NO ONE should be given that room!
