Comfort Suites Barstow near I-15

Can’t help but give this place a 5-star rating. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and Sam at the front desk was absolutely first class. I realized 200 miles away that I had left my wallet in the room. Sam immediately located it for me and went above and beyond by shipping it back via UPS. Everything was there — including the cash. Give Sam a raise — he’s the kind of employee who makes your business successful.

This was a great find! Barstow is a relatively poor community in the Mojave desert so we weren’t expecting much. The property was immaculate, the room room comfortable. I especially liked the little reading light at the bedside and the in room sofa. The laundry room and fitness center were well maintained, lobby welcoming. Christmas decorations were already up which may be a little premature but made things more homey. I was surprised to learn this is a 15 year old property.The front desk staff were great. And the best part - $99 plus tax. I usually prefer Air BnB to hotels but I will definitely consider other Choice properties on future travels. Thanks. Deb Sherry

Part of me wanted to push on & drive further, but I am so glad I opted to call it a day & stop here !!! Sam at the front desk was friendly & efficient & check-in was quick & EZ. Appreciated the lemon infused ice water & freshly baked cookies in the lobby. My room, queen double, was spacious. Fridge/micro & in room coffee. Free wifi w/ample signal. Easily accessible outlets for charging electronics. Bathroom was very clean with generous supply of bright white towels & a couple wash cloths folded into cute little bow. Slept well on super comfortable bed w/nice linens & fat, fluffy pillows. Sticker-free astro-turf pet area out front. Continental included chorizo & eggs & tortillas. Left out feeling rested & refreshed. Very pleased & would definitely stay here again :-D.

The staff was great. The service was good. However, they gave me a Room that smelled like smoke. There was a burn on the bathroom sink. The curtain smelled heavily of Smoke. I called and I complained to the staff you better not charge me. I smoke, but I will never smoke in a room. The hallway was extremely loud all night long. I’ll never stay here again.

So I was on business and just completed a long drive. Hotel location great, front desk great got to my room good until I showered and pulled the sheets back and sat down. Dropped my phone only to see freaking gunk stain on the bed skirt talk about gross I know the housekeeper had to see it when they changed to sheets or did they even do that!!! I got in the other bed showed the front desk the pictures. Straight body fluid all on the bed skirt
