Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport

I stayed at Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport for an extended period of about 60 days, and my experience was consistently excellent. The staff was professional, welcoming, and respectful throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which is especially important during a long stay. The environment was quiet and secure, allowing me to focus on work and rest without disruption. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping everything in order, and the overall property was well kept. The location is extremely convenient, especially for airport access, and the amenities met my needs during an extended visit. Terrible experience. Our flight was delayed so we had to say overnight unexpectedly. We came in at midnight to a long line with a sign that said "be right back". After a 15 minute wait, we got checked in. Our first room was completely saturated with water and had mold. I complained, the hotel staff member switched me rooms. When I arrived, there was more black mold, and the A/c didnt work. 3rd times the charm i guess. Finally got situated. But This entire place needs to be condemned. Also. If youre looking for an airport shuttle, they dont have one...despite telling us they did when we called earlier in the day.

Great for the one night stay I had due to a Delta cancelation. Room decor was dated, but everything was extremely clean. Didn't have the smell issue others were talking about, everything was fresh and very clean. Staff was great given the late night surge, very polite and efficient. The lobby had a good selection of snacks and soft drinks at decent prices.

We have traveled all over USA being retired military. This is a A+ accommodation! The admitting. Clerk was very friendly, experienced, competent at her job unlike the morning guy who barely said hello. The beds were extremely comfortable, shower was hot and refreshing. Loved the decor the yellow stool was useful as well as added to the home feeling. Really liked position on long mirror. It was very quiet during the night. We certainly appreciated the price of the room . We would definitely stay again if we were in this area ! This was the worst experience ever. This hotel is beyond terrible. The rooms had mixed match furniture. Lamp shades falling apart. The TV don't work. They are advertising an indoor pool that is not up and running. I paid to have a pull out sofa that was removed from the room. It was a nightmare and please don't waste your money here. I'm so disgusted.
