Comfort Inn Whitehall

Stayed here a few nights for work. Everyone at the front desk was friendly especially Gerry. Room was clean and spacious but bed was a little stiff. Enjoyed the heated pool. Overall decent stay

Clean hotel. Good breakfast that was wonderfully refreshed, with the very competent Susie. Susan, the Manager checked us in. She should be doing commercials for Choice Hotels. She was wonderful. I am not kidding. We know Choice Hotels, and she had to upsell this property because it didn't have a hot tub, and jacuzzi rooms weren't available. This Comfort Inn looked like it was refreshed and maintained very well. Many of them in Michigan are NOT.

Clean spacious room. Nice fridge with freezer for your cooler ice packs. Front desk clerk efficient and super friendly. Breakfast was great. Sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries, strawberry sauce and much more. Pool area comfortable and clean. Location next to expressway which makes it an easily accessible but road noise can be heard. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if we are in the area.

My last stay at this property was 1/7/2026, last Wednesday. When I called the front desk for my reservation I was greeted by Geri (sp?) who knew it was me calling (id) and she said we have your room saved your visit tonight. I am pretty regular and am always treated like family. That is why I score this way!

This hotel served its purpose for my family. Our child was at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and we needed a place to stay near-by to pick up early in the morning. The hotel is 10 minutes to the camp. The pool area is a bit small and there is no hot tub. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was decent - typical free hotel breakfast fare. The room was a bit musty smelling.
