Positive: check in was quick. room was clean and didn't look used or old. thermostat worked and we were able to keep room very cool overnight. breakfast was good and very adequate. the wife NEEDS face towels and they had face towels!!! Negative: ""

Only clean every other day. So for second day had to go ask for towels and wash rags. Never received coffee for day 2 Shampoo and conditioner not mounted on the wall. Had to plunger the toilet. My 2 day stay had 1 I paid and one with points. Did I get bad service for using points? Stayed here a little over a year ago and was awesome. Is there new management? At breakfast was out of cheese danish and yogurt. But room was clean and staff was friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the HVAC unit was not on when I arrived and the room was quite warm. Couldn't figure out how to get it running and called the front desk who helped me through it. Room was fine afterwards, but I do wonder if hotels realize how off-putting it is to come into a room that's too hot and the HVAC not set up. In the grand scheme of things, it was a minor inconvenience and the breakfast and everything else about the stay was just fine. As long as the room is competitively priced with other properties in the area, I could recommend a stay here.

This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have had. It required three room changes before we got one with functioning air conditioning. Even then, the room had a strong musty odor. All of the rooms were filthy. The linens were full of stains. The breakfast terribly disappointing, with a basket full of moldy fruit. Given that the pricing is comparable to other hotels in the area, I expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Very disappointed in our stay. Our party rented 4 rooms recently for 2-3 nights. Our rooms were all dirty, especially the bathrooms, along with having very stained sheets. In room 320, the door wouldn’t latch shut unless we slammed the door. In room 318, the microwave didn’t work. In room 322, the microwave produced a puff of smoke when started so we unplugged to prevent a fire. For the fourth family in our party, it took moving to 3 rooms to find a room with a working AC. Also, none of the phones worked in any of the rooms. We were told that management decided to spend money on microwaves this year in lieu of having working phones in the rooms. Very disappointed in our stay. Will not be staying at this location again, or in any Comfort Inn & Suites in the future.
