Comfort Inn & Suites Triadelphia - Wheeling

Stayed here with the family and to my surprise the location was near so many things. It was quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was up and ready by 6am. Staying during a sports event had me alittle worried but everyone so nice and respectful of others.the staff was so polite and helpful. I will definitely be staying again!

Quiet on a Sunday. Pool is heated and relaxing. Service was amazing. Felt like a safe location. Rooms were cozy and not bad for the price. Clean overall.

We had a one night stay-over with our 3 year old grand daughter. Used our Choice Points enjoying a very nice room with 2 queen beds and a sofa area. Comfortable layout. Also a delicious hot breakfast included.

I was traveling with family decided to check in this hotel. Oh, to my surprise the hotel was packed with people from sporting event being held at a sports complex. But the staff treated us with open arms, hotel was clean, public spaces well maintained, room was spotless, and to mention free breakfast too, lots of options, hot food, waffles and cereal. Price was great too. If you have never stayed here give it a try you won't be disappointed.

The management at this place is a joke, totally incompetent. They charged my credit card $40 because they said two washcloths and a towel were missing. So glad I checked the bill. I called to dispute the $40 charge and the manager I spoke with wouldn’t give her name and was rude and condescending. I called the Ohio County Sheriff’s office to file charges on the hotel for theft. Do not stay at this hotel. They are despicable thieves. Imagine if I didn’t check my bill. Think of the people that don’t. They have a racket there and should be held accountable. I’m also going to contact corporate.
