Comfort Inn & Suites Tigard near Washington Square

The room was dirty; the window blind was broken and outsiders could easily see inside; The room was excessively small and located across the hall from the hotel workers resource/supply room and noise was heard all through the night! It was our worst experience at a Choice hotel and we both agreed that we will never again schedule a room there again. This was our second stay at that hotel - our first stay last year was very pleasant and we expected the same for this stay, but we absolutely were astounded how very different and diverse appointing it was! Changes need to be made!

Location is great. Although the rooms were dirty and smelled. Little to know ventilation in the rooms so it got very stuffy. The pillows and beds were absolutely terrible we couldn’t sleep. Not to mention how loud it was. We could hear the front desk taking phone calls all night. You could hear all your neighbors and people slamming doors at all hours. The staff was little to no help and rude. This location really needs some work as we love staying at comfort inns but will not be back to this location.

We arrived and went to room where door was open, and found out room locks did not work due to climate issues. Breakfast was no more than average, and hotel in general poor physical condition with only one small elevator (4 Floors), and only 1 baggage cart. The person on duty however did excellent job of assisting guests. I actually thought I reserved at Comfort Suites Southwest which was a much nicer and clean property.

Service and location were great. But our room was very dirty, and there were ants and bugs everywhere. There were bugs and ants in our bed. When we got here, they were on the floor they were on the counters. They were crawling on our stuff. But other than that it was a great stay

We booked a five night stay through Expedia. The room smelled like dog urine and the toilet was in disrepair. We gave a 24 hour notice and moved to a different hotel. The manager requested we contact Expedia so they wouldn’t charge him a commission on the original five nights stay. We did that and have been communicating to get our money back for the past three weeks. He gives us reassurances that the money will be credited back to us, but we’ve been waiting several weeks now. I would not recommend this hotel.
